Right, but what I'm saying, is that the best body competitors in the would do CrossFit if it really improved body composition (besides those going from sedentary lifestyles) I doesn't do that. Makes u feel like it does because everyone is laying on the floor, out of breath when it's over, but that's not the best indicator of a good workout.
